WHY DONT YOU OFFER MORE PACKAGES?
I keep my pricing simple by design. Over the years, I’ve found that offering lots of packages often creates unnecessary pressure and confusion, rather than helping couples choose what’s right for them. Instead, I focus on a clear, flexible approach that works for most weddings, with the option to personalise things if needed. It keeps the experience relaxed, straightforward, and centred on your day, not on ticking boxes.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS OUTSIDE OF YOUR LOCAL AREA?
Absolutely. I regularly photograph weddings across the UK and also take on destination weddings. Full day coverage includes UK travel and accommodation where required, all discussed clearly and upfront, so there are no surprises, just a relaxed, well-planned experience wherever your day takes place.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH EACH YEAR?
I intentionally take on a limited number of weddings each year so I can give every couple my full attention , both on the day and throughout the editing and delivery process. This allows me to work calmly, stay creative, and ensure each wedding is treated with the care it deserves, rather than rushing from one to the next.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Rain is nothing to worry about. I’m very used to working in all weather conditions and always have a plan B. Some of the most atmospheric, emotive images often come from rainy days. If the weather changes, I’ll adapt calmly and make the most of the light and surroundings, whether that’s stepping outside briefly when it works or creating beautiful images indoors. Your day won’t stop, and neither will the photography.
HOW INVOLVED ARE YOU IN GROUP PHOTOS?
I’m very hands on when it comes to group photos. I’ll organise things clearly, keep everything moving, and make sure we get the combinations that matter to you, without it taking over your day. I usually suggest planning a short group list in advance so the process is smooth and efficient. Most group photos are completed quickly, allowing you to get back to enjoying time with your guests.
DO WE GET RIGHTS TO OUR IMAGES?
You’ll receive full personal usage rights to your images, meaning you’re free to download, print, share, and enjoy them for personal use. As the photographer, I retain the copyright to the images, which is standard practice and allows me to showcase my work.
DO YOU WORK WITH VIDEOGRAPHERS
Absolutely. I regularly work alongside videographers and always approach it as a collaboration. I’m mindful of working together seamlessly, communicating clearly, and making sure neither of us is in the way, so your day flows naturally and feels relaxed. If you already have a videographer booked, I’m always happy to connect with them ahead of the day to make sure everything runs smoothly.
