Travel and Accommodation

Up to 10 hours coverage

Travel is included for wedding venues within 75 miles of my base in Donisthorpe.

For venues located beyond this distance, an additional travel charge will apply and will be confirmed as part of your individual quotation.

Where the distance, finishing time or travel conditions make returning home after the wedding impractical or unsafe, suitable overnight accommodation will also be required. This can either be arranged directly by the couple or added to the final quotation at the actual cost of the accommodation.

Any required accommodation must be private, secure and located within a reasonable distance of the wedding venue. All additional travel and accommodation costs will be discussed and agreed before booking.

Drone Photography

Up to 10 hours coverage

Drone photography is included within every wedding collection at no additional cost.

Aerial photographs can provide a beautiful perspective of your wedding venue, its surroundings and your guests. However, drone coverage cannot be guaranteed and will only take place where it is safe and legally permitted.
